With over twenty-five years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Ruth Hurd has developed a power user proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and process improvement. She is certified as an administrative professional (CAP), Operational Management (OM) a certified notary public and a member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP).
