Genia Billingsley is an Atlanta native with deep roots in the Westside community and Grove Park. Her passions revolve around social justice, environmental justice, and fostering community connections. Ms. Billingsley works as a community journalist for Canopy Atlanta and a community CSAW fellow. Additionally, she serves on the executive board of the Grove Park Neighborhood Association. She is a mother of one and has a grand dog named Zues. Ms. Billingsley is determined to leave a better, more equitable world for those that come after.
