As a lifelong learner, Audia Wells has always loved the access and justice work that can be found in the employment arena. Through whole systems thinking, she leads critical culture, compliance and employee initiatives and strives to ensure that Eco-Action is prepared for future transformation. A graduate of Brigham Young University and Emory University, Wells holds degrees in International
Development (MA), Organizational Behavior (MA), and International Studies (BA), respectively. She loves to serve the communities through membership in The Junior League and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She also enjoys painting, crocheting and singing.
