Altarral Hagen is a current member of the ECO-Action Board. His career includes approximately 21 years of experience working on water resources and civil site engineering projects for industrial, commercial, and municipal clients. He is a Senior Project Manager at R2T, Inc., an engineering consulting firm, and has been responsible for the preparation of concept design through detailed construction plans, technical specification development, and hydrologic and hydraulic analysis for diverse types of stormwater projects including stormwater infrastructure, earthworks, and stormwater best management practices (BMPs). Mr. Hagen is a licensed Professional Engineer, registered in Georgia (USA) and South Africa. He received his Master’s in Civil Engineering degree in 2012 and his Bachelors in Civil Engineering in 2002 from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
